Electronic ticket

This is a ticket sent to the customer's e-mail address provided during booking. Such a ticket must be printed out and taken with you on your journey. The ticket can be printed in colour or in black and white. Paper ticket

Few carriers require travellers to hold a traditional paper ticket. In this case, the ticket is sent to the customer by courier to the postal address provided at the time of booking.

Ticket printed at the station

A so-called TOD (ticket on departure) is a ticket which is printed out in vending machines at railway stations. When making an online booking, the customer receives a booking number via email with detailed instructions on how to print out the ticket at the railway station.
