Order confirmation

Confirmation of your train ticket order follows payment. You will receive it electronically to the e-mail address you provided when completing the booking form.

Each order has its own number to identify the customer. The order number is visible in the subject and header of the message - it is a sequence of letters and numbers starting with the letter N (for PL), P (for EN), R (for RU), or U (for UA), e.g. E1F2G3H4.

Please note that the order confirmation is not equivalent to a ticket and does not entitle you to travel on the train. The electronic train ticket can be found in the PDF attachment attached to the message.
