Deutsche Bahn

There are no statutory discounts for people with disabilities on DB. If you need support and assistance (such as a wheelchair lift) to board, alight or move around the train, please contact our Customer Service.

Other carriers

Tickets with concessions for disabled persons and their carers (according to the regulations of the country concerned, e.g. Germany) must be ordered using the contact form. In this way you can guarantee the correctness of the concession and possible assistance with embarkation/disembarkation.
