I can't find the connection, what should I do?
  • You have selected a foreign train with a departure from Poland whose route is not yet operated by us. Try searching for a connection from one of the transfer cities e.g.: Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice or Poznan. If you still do not get a result, try searching for a connection from one of the interchange cities outside Poland, e.g. Berlin, Prague, London, Paris, Brussels, Budapest, Vienna.
  • Your train is not yet available for sale. Try changing your travel dates. When booking a connection within European countries, in most cases tickets are available for sale approximately 30-60 days from today at the latest.
  • All seats on the train have been bought or the selected fare is currently unavailable. Try changing your travel dates. It is possible that the ticket you have selected is subject to special conditions, e.g. weekend rates or promotions.
  • If you are still unable to find a convenient connection, please contact a travel consultant via the application form. We will prepare a personalised offer for you.
