Where can I find my order number?

Each order has a number to identify the customer. The order number is visible in the subject and header of the message. The order number is a sequence of letters and numbers beginning with E (for orders from the Polish site), P (for orders from the English site), R (for orders from the Russian site), U (for orders from the Ukrainian site), e.g. E1F2G3H4.

Confirmation of the order comes by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer when filling in the booking form.
