TICKET REFUND

  • Refund can be made up to 20 minutes before departure.
  • Refund is associated with deduction of the feecharged by the Carrier and the fee charged by the PolishTrains service.
  • The amount due to the User for the refunded ticket is sent within to 3 days

TICKET CHANGE

  • Exchanges can be made up to 30 minutes before departure.
  • Exchanges can be made depending on the connection within parameters such as: date, time, type of discount (amount of discount), name and surname of the passenger.
  • The new ticket charges a non-returnable fee in terms of the number of people and stations.

TICKET REFUNDS & CHANGES
Choose what you want to do with the ticket:
  1. A confirmation and information regarding the further course of the ticket cancellation process will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the booking. In the absence of a message within 15 minutes. please check the SPAM folder.
  2. In received email, please select SELECT TICKETS.
    All tickets for a given reservation will be displayed on list from which you must select those to be canceled.
  3. The e-mail address should be identical to the one provided during the purchase process. In case of a discrepancy, the ticket will not be canceled.

  2. After confirming the application, you should check your e-mail and click the CONFIRMING CHANGES button in the message you'll receive.
  3. Note! Email address and phone number should be identical to those provided during the booking/purchase process. In case of a discrepancy, the ticket may not be changed.
