  • Refund can be made up to 20 minutes before departure.
  • Refund is associated with deduction of the feecharged by the Carrier and the fee charged by the PolishTrains.eu service.
  • The amount due to the User for the refunded ticket is sent within to 3 days

TICKET EXCHANGE

  • Exchanges can be made up to 30 minutes before departure.
  • Exchanges can be made depending on the connection within parameters such as: date, time, type of discount (amount of discount), name and surname of the passenger.
  • The new ticket charges a non-returnable fee in terms of the number of people and stations.

TICKET REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Choose what you would like to do with the ticket:
  1. A confirmation and information regarding the progress of the ticket cancellation process will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the booking. In the absence of a message within 15 minutes, please check the SPAM folder
  2. In the received email, please choose SELECT TICKETS.
    All tickets for a given reservation will be displayed on a list from which you must select those to be cancelled.
  3. The e-mail address should be identical to the one provided during the purchase process. In case of any discrepancy, the ticket will not be cancelled.
  4. Please note that only by following the points above can you guarantee automatic return of tickets. If you are not sure whether the cancellation has proceeded correctly - contact our call center by phone at +48 12 352 36 58 or by email - contact@polishtrains.eu
  1. An email will be sent to your e-mail address asking you to confirm the ticket exchange. In the absence of a message within 15 minutes, please check the SPAM folder.
  2. After confirming the application, check your e-mail and click the CONFIRM button in the message you receive.
  3. Note! Email address and phone number should be identical to those provided during the booking/purchase process. In case of any discrepancy, the ticket may not be changed.
