Why has my order not been confirmed?
Confirmation of the train ticket order shall only take place after payment for the ticket has been made. Failure to pay for the ticket is tantamount to non-confirmation of the order.
The electronic order confirmation should arrive at the e-mail address provided when the order was created. Each order has its own identification number visible in the subject and header of the message (a sequence of letters and numbers beginning with e.g. the letter N, P, R or U, e.g. E1F2G3H4).
