Confirmation of the train ticket booking is made after payment for the ticket has been made.
Confirmation of the booking comes via email to the email address provided by the customer when completing the booking form. Each booking has a number which allows the customer to be identified. The booking number is visible in the subject and header of the message. It is a sequence of digits ending with the letter -M.
Confirmation of a reservation is not equivalent to a ticket and does not entitle the customer to travel on the train. The electronic train ticket can be found in the PDF attachment attached to the message.
