When will I receive an e-mail with my purchased ticket?
A booking confirmation with the purchased ticket will be sent to the e-mail address provided immediately after payment for the ticket. The booking confirmation is not equivalent to a train ticket. The electronic ticket can be found in the PDF file attached to the e-mail.
The ticket must be presented to the conductor at the time of inspection either on a mobile device or in printed form together with a photo document confirming the identity of the principal passenger.
