What is an e-ticket?

The e-ticket is sent to the customer after purchase to the email address provided and as an SMS to the phone number provided. When you buy a ticket on PolishTrains, you will find it both in your email and in the app or by SMS, without needing to create an account on the website.

The e-ticket must be presented to the conductor at the time of inspection on a mobile device or in printed form together with a photo document confirming the identity of the principal passenger.
