Why has my booking not been confirmed?
Confirmation of the train ticket booking takes place after payment for the ticket has been made.
An electronic confirmation of the booking is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer when making the booking. Each booking has a number which allows the customer to be identified. The booking number is visible in the subject and header of the message. It is a sequence of digits ending with the letter -M.
Failure to pay for the ticket is tantamount to the failure to confirm the booking.
