How do I exchange my ticket?

You can exchange your train ticket on EuroPodróże.pl using the Return and Exchange of Tickets form.

It is possible to exchange a train ticket up to 30 minutes before the departure of the train.

It is possible to exchange a ticket for parameters such as:

• date
• time
• type of discount (depending on connection)
• passenger's name and surname

The new ticket must not differ from the exchanged one in terms of the number of persons and the train departure and arrival stations.

After confirmation of the exchange and any surcharge, the new ticket will be sent by e-mail and SMS.
