The exchange is free of charge if the price of the new ticket is the same as the one exchanged. If the price of the new ticket is higher, you must pay the difference in price.

If exchanged by phone or email, the difference is paid via a dedicated link.

If the new ticket is cheaper, the price difference will be refunded to the account or card used during purchase.

The exchange depends strictly on the fare.

Super Sparpreis - no exchange possible

Renfe

Exchangeability depends on the fare.

On the Básico (basic) fare, only one change is allowed for a fee of EUR 10 (plus the ticket price difference), with the proviso that it must take place at least 24 hours before departure.

Higher fares**(Elige/Prémium**) allow changes with less or no charge.
