How and when will I receive the money for the returned ticket?

The amount due for the returned ticket will be refunded to the account or card used when purchasing the ticket within 3 working days.

The refund transaction takes place as soon as it is confirmed by the user.

The exception is Deutsche Bahn and Flixtrain tickets in partially refundable fares - in these cases the refund does not go to your account but is issued as a digital voucher sent by the carrier to the email address from your order.
