I did not receive a ticket for a booking made
An electronic booking confirmation is not equivalent to a train ticket. In order to purchase a ticket, it must be confirmed by payment of the ticket fee.
Once the booking has been confirmed by payment, the online train ticket is sent to the customer:
- to the e-mail address provided as a PDF attachment
- as an SMS to the telephone number provided
