Which platform does my train leave from?

The purchased ticket does not indicate from which platform the train departs. This information can be obtained at the station on the train departures board, at the ticket office information or by calling the hotline. If, after checking the timetable, it turns out that the journey is no longer needed, a ticket purchased through PolishTrains can be refunded online, without visiting the ticket office.
