Ukrainian citizens can travel for free in the 2nd class of TLK and IC trains in cars with seats. Free tickets can be obtained with a passport or any document confirming Ukrainian citizenship. A seat reservation is possible, and if no of them are available, Ukrainian citizens can travel with a ticket without a seat assigned.
