Together, we collected PLN 10 000 for the charges of the Między Niebem a Ziemią Foundation! As part of the Christmas campaign, every customer buying a train ticket through PolishTrains.pl could join the collection (which we also supported financially), and in return they would receive a travel e-book.

Our original campaign was quite popular, which far exceeded our expectations. Following the blow and the response from our customers, we are introducing a new option where you can support our campaign even further. This is the option of making a donation, in any amount, to our campaign. You can do this in two simple steps when booking train tickets on our website.

During the festive season, from 6 December to 6 January, we invite all travellers to take part in our unique 'Plant a tree for a Christmas tree' campaign. This is the Christmas edition of the campaign Kolej na las (Railway to the Forest), whose main objective is to reforest Polish forests and contribute to the reduction of carbon dioxide.

Growing mobility and the awareness of passengers accustomed to European quality of train travel pose new challenges to customer service, which are also expected in Poland.
