Question 1

How do I check delays on the PKP board online?

Accepted Answer

Look for delay information on the operator's or station manager's online board, as PolishTrains shows the scheduled timetable rather than the live train status. Also check the announcements at the station before travelling.

Question 2

Where can I see the online departures and arrivals board for a large station?

Accepted Answer

You can find the departures and arrivals board on the website responsible for the particular station or operator. In PolishTrains, however, you can check the specific connection between Zielona Góra Główna and Głogów after selecting the date.

Question 3

Which is better for buying tickets: Koleo or the Intercity app, and where does PolishTrains fit in?

PolishTrains allows you to buy railway tickets without creating an account and handles various train categories, including IC and TLK. The choice of service depends on whether you want to use a single operator's app or compare the available options in one place.

Question 4

What documents are needed for a pensioner’s discount?

Accepted Answer

For a pensioner or disability pensioner discount, you need a document confirming your entitlement in accordance with the operator's rules. In PolishTrains, you can select the appropriate discount during purchase and show the document during the ticket inspection.
