Question 1

How do I check if payment for the ticket has been processed?

Accepted Answer

After payment, check whether the ticket has been issued and sent by PolishTrains. If the confirmation has not arrived, contact the service support team and provide the transaction details.

Question 2

The refund/exchange form does not work – how can I return my ticket?

Accepted Answer

If the refund or exchange form does not work, report the problem to PolishTrains support and provide the ticket number. Do not send several enquiries about the same transaction, as this may make its verification more difficult.

Question 3

Can I exchange my ticket if the travel date has already passed?

Accepted Answer

Exchanging a ticket after the departure date has passed is not possible in PolishTrains. The rules depend on the carrier’s conditions and the type of ticket, so it is best to report the change before departure.

Question 4

Does a dog in a carrier travel by train for free?

Accepted Answer

A dog in a carrier is not automatically entitled to travel free of charge. In PolishTrains, check the carrier’s rules on transporting animals and the required documents before purchasing.

Question 5

How do I check journey time with connections step by step?

Accepted Answer

In PolishTrains, enter the starting station, Łochów and the travel date, then select an option with a change. On this route, the change may take place at Warszawa Zachodnia station.
