This is the first condition, since the possibility of transporting a bicycle depends on whether the train is technically adapted for this purpose. In such a situation, the carrier has the right to refuse to take the bicycle on board, the decisive criterion being the safety and comfort of all passengers.

The bicycle itself must be carried in accordance with the regulations - it should remain under the constant supervision of the passenger, must not block the aisle, obstruct others' journeys or create hazards. This is a rule which applies to every train - irrespective of the type of ticket.
