Travellers with disabilities and people with reduced mobility can count on POLREGIO for support in planning and carrying out their journey. The carrier provides a special helpline 800 022 222, open every day from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., thanks to which reporting the need for assistance is possible practically at any time. Consultants provide information on the availability of assistance services, help to report a journey and explain the rules for using facilities at stations and on trains.
