It features Góra Parkowa (477 m above sea level) and a spring of spa waters. Noteworthy is the vegetation that luxuriantly grows in the park area. Dracaenas, rhododendrons, prickly pear and agaves can be seen here, as well as ancient trees - the oldest of which are the purple beech tree, some 200 years old, and the ash tree, some 300 years old. 300 years old. Pump Room of Mineral Waters
The Pump Room located in the Spa Park is the largest building of its kind in Lower Silesia. The building is characterised by large windows, which make it perfectly illuminated and give it a pleasant atmosphere. The interior of the pump room is decorated with frescoes and paintings adding to the charm. You can enter the facility free of charge from 7:00 to 18:00 (except on Sundays, when it opens at 10:00). You can taste the healing water on site for a symbolic fee of 1.50 zl.
Mineral water borehole
This is another healing water spring in the Spa Park. This time you can use it completely free of charge! This attraction of Kudowa-Zdrój will certainly not be missed during your visit to the park, as it is located by the main avenue. The taste of the water is slightly different from that available in the Mineral Water Pump Room, mainly because it is not filtered. You can detect a slightly sharper aftertaste when drinking it. Skull Chapel
An unusual place especially recommended for adults. It is a Baroque-style chapel from the 18th century, whose walls and ceiling are covered with some 3,000 human skulls and tibias. In addition, more than 20,000 more of these human body parts have been placed in the basement of the building. Near the chapel, you can also admire the historic bell tower, a church from the 17th century and visit the former cemetery.

The Sudety Foothills Folk Culture Museum
What else does Kudowa-Zdrój have to offer? Attractions include interesting museums such as the Museum of Folk Culture of the Sudetic Foothills. This open-air museum was established in the 1980s. It is divided into permanent and temporary exhibitions. The permanent one includes wooden objects being a fragment of folk architecture of the Sudeten Foothills. The exhibits include houses whose structures and interiors, including furniture and furnishings, date from the 18th to the 20th century. Kudowa-Zdrój can be reached in many ways. Most importantly, this town in Lower Silesia is also accessible by InterCity and POLREGIO trains.

- Kłodzko - on Saturday and Sunday you can arrive here with the PKP Intercity carrier. Travel time from Kłodzko Główne station to Kudowa-Zdrój is approximately 1 hour and 8 minutes. On the way, the train stops, for example, in Polanica-Zdrój, Szczytna and Duszniki-Zdrój.
- Warsaw - a direct train from Warsaw East is a weekend service of PKP Intercity. The trains run only on Saturdays and Sundays and depart from the departure station at 5:04 a.m. There are many cities along the route, including: Skierniewice, Radomsko, Częstochowa, Opole, Oława, Wrocław, Strzelin and Kłodzko. Travel time is approximately 8 hours.
- Wrocław - on Saturday and Sunday, there is a course operated by PKP Intercity. The train stops, for example, in Strzelin, Kamieniec Ząbkowicki, Kłodzko and Polanica-Zdrój. Travel time is approximately 2 hours and 37 minutes.

Aquapark Water World
Are you dreaming of water madness? An aquapark full of slides and pools for beginners and advanced swimmers also provides attractions in Kudowa-Zdrój. The facility is open daily: from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and at weekends from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Concessionary ticket prices start from 18 PLN per hour and regular from 23 PLN.
Toy Museum
This is a unique place full of toys, allowing children to discover what their parents, grandparents and ancestors of the past used to play with. For every adult, on the other hand, it is a veritable journey back in time to the years of childhood. The Museum of Toys houses more than 5,500 exhibits - objects reminiscent of childhood, such as dolls, blocks, vehicles, animal figurines, teddy bears and rocking horses. The collection includes toys from different continents and, above all, different eras - there will be something from antiquity as well as from the 1990s.
The museum can be visited on all days except Monday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Ticket cost - 25 PLN concessionary and 30 PLN normal.
Trail of Vanishing Professions

Among the more interesting ones is the Trail of Disappearing Occupations, a place where you can learn about old craft techniques. You will see demonstrations of pottery, a bread house, a blacksmith's shop, windmills, a hut with old everyday equipment and regional folk costumes. Minieuroland
A tourist attraction not far from Kudowa-Zdrój that you can enjoy is the Miniature Park. It is located in nearby Kłodzko, which you can reach comfortably by train. Situated on an area of 2 hectares, the park hides miniatures which are replicas of famous buildings. You can admire the miniature Kłodzko Fortress, Trevi Fountain, Eiffel Tower, Książ Castle, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Japanese Garden, Statue of Liberty and many more. All the mock-ups are made using 3D technology, so they undoubtedly reflect the originals.

The Rock Town in Adršpach
This is a beautiful historical town carved in the rock, the largest to be found in the Czech Republic. To see the most beautiful parts, it is best to walk the entire 3.5 km hiking trail. Along the way, you can admire: an emerald lake, a waterfall and rock formations with interesting names such as the Gothic Gate, Elephant Square or Sugar Head. The tour can be shortened somewhat by taking a shorter 1.5 km route covering only the most important sites.
Prices start at 140 CZK and it is best to buy tickets online, as they are slightly more expensive at the ticket offices. For example, an adult ticket costs CZK 250 (at the ticket office) or CZK 200 (online).
The Rock Town can be visited daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (in July and August) or from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (in other months).
Zoo Safari Dvůr Králové
This is a place where you can admire African animals in particular. Zoo Safari is the largest breeder of them in the whole of Europe! The best attraction is the safari, during which you can admire zebras, giraffes and even lions from the inside of a car! Importantly, you can enter the park in your own car or in a special vehicle from the zoo, driven by a guide.
Depending on the season, you can visit the Dvůr Králové Zoo Safari from 9:00 to 18:00 (May to September) or from 9:00 to 16:00 (October to April). You have to pay for the ticket from 140 CZK for children or from 220 CZK for adults. The price depends on the season and is lower when purchased online.
Josefov Fortress
This is an impressive fortification located in the Czech Republic. It dates back to the 18th century and its main purpose was to defend against the Prussians. The complex itself is a network of labyrinths with a total length of as many as 45 km - currently 1 km of the underground route is open to the public and the tour is guided.
Opening times: 9:00 to 12:00 and 12:00 to 17:00 (in summer from 13:00 to 18:00).

Broumov Walls
This is an attraction just across the Polish border, between the Adršpach rocks and the Szczeliniec massif. The trails along the Broumovské Skály lead for a total of 20 km, and during the tour you can admire numerous sandstone formations. This area ranks among one of the most attractive mountain ranges in the Sudety Mountains. The most interesting routes and formations:
- Stone Gate - this is one of the best-known rock formations, which resembles a stone gate in shape. Its height and width are as much as 5 metres. It is an excellent place for a souvenir photo.
- Koruna (769 m) - this is the most recognisable peak in the area. An additional attraction on its summit is a swing from which you can enjoy beautiful views.
- Stone Mushrooms - if you traverse the area along the red trail, you are sure to come across this rock formation. These are natural rock structures that resemble mushrooms.
- Koruna - Stone GateTrail - one of the most popular trails in the Broumovské Skály region, 11 km long. You will need about 4 hours to complete it. Along the way you will take beautiful souvenir photos of unusual natural objects.
- The loop through Hvězda - is a longer route taking around 8 hours. During the walk you will see, for example, the Chapel of Our Lady of the Snows, the Skalni Divadlo lookout point and numerous caves.
