True success is not only about achieving business goals but also about sharing it with others. One of our key values is support – both within our organization and in the world around us. That's why since 2022 we have been actively involved in charitable activities, supporting foundations with an annual donation of 10,000 PLN and participating in various social initiatives.
Klika Association supports people with disabilities and their families, helping them with everyday functioning and social integration. The organization is involved in activities aimed at improving quality of life, education, and social activation.

Siemacha is an organization that has long supported children and young people through initiatives focused on their development, education, and social integration. The association provides a space for learning, developing talents, and spending free time in a safe environment.

Since 2002, the Little Brothers of the Poor Association has supported elderly people living alone in Poland. As part of the "Presence" program, volunteers regularly visit seniors in their homes and care facilities, building lasting and friendly relationships. The association currently operates in 14 cities across Poland and is part of an international network of organizations supporting older people. Since 2012, it has also run a helpline for seniors who need emotional support.

The Between Heaven and Earth Foundation supports families of terminally ill children by providing medical, psychological, and financial assistance. The organization's goal is to support families during the most difficult moments of their lives.

Each year, selecting the foundations is an important decision for us. We look for organizations that:
Since 2020, we have been taking part in Poland Business Run – an annual charity race where company employees support important social causes.
We prepare for the race well in advance – training begins about six months before the event. Every Tuesday after work we run in a nearby park, and some team members also train individually.
In 2025, as many as 20 of our employees took part in the race, forming 4 teams. Each participant contributes to social good while also becoming an ambassador of our key values: safety, support, and speed. It is this speed – both on the track and in action – that allows us to help effectively and achieve our goals.
In 2023–2024, we supported the Bibiczanka youth football club by funding uniforms for over 20 young players. For us, this initiative is more than sponsorship – it is real support for values that are also important to us in business.

Since 2022, we have continuously received the Eagles of Tourism distinction. This award is granted based on passenger reviews and reflects the quality of service and the satisfaction of people using tourism services.
Thanks to an efficient ticket purchasing process and real support at every stage of the journey, we ensure passengers comfort and peace of mind. Our regular presence in this ranking confirms that our chosen development direction and commitment to service standards build lasting trust among our customers. This award motivates us to continue promoting rail travel as a safe and environmentally friendly way to move around Poland and Europe.

Rail is the most environmentally friendly mode of transport, which is why we actively promote it in Poland and abroad. At the same time we want to support the environment in practice, so we launched a tree-planting initiative. New forests are created both through donations and as a thank you for your engagement – every 10 reviews we turn into a new sapling.

Sharing knowledge is a priority for us. That is why since spring 2023 we have been reaching out to IT school students, offering them internships. The program runs twice a year – in spring and autumn. This way we help young talents start their careers and gain valuable skills.
