Our interns explore the full spectrum of the IT and business industry:
Technology
Contemporary tech stacks, developer tools, coding best practices, and working in an IT team.
Business
How the travel tech industry works, company business model, client collaboration, and delivering projects on time.
Practice
Real programming tasks under the guidance of experienced specialists – from requirements analysis to implementation.
Innovation
New technologies, tool experimentation, and a continuous improvement approach to solutions.
Soft skills
Team communication, presenting results, time management, and working with other departments.
Compliance
Basics of GDPR, data protection in IT projects, and compliance best practices in a developer environment.
Practical part – real projects
Theory is valuable when it supports practice. Each intern receives a specific programming task related to the operations of EuroPodróże and TravelTECH.
Interns work on:
- Functionality of web applications
- Development of the reservation system
- Integration with external platforms
- Code testing and debugging
- Creating technical documentation and process automation
Each project is supervised by experienced specialists. In practice, this means:
- They monitor progress
- They help interns achieve their goals
- They support testing and software development
- They show how to work with modern tools
Career path after the internship

Every year we choose one foundation and donate 10,000 PLN. Every zloty we give is a building block for a better everyday life for those in need.

There is no planet B
Rail is the most environmentally friendly mode of transport, which is why we actively promote it in Poland and abroad. At the same time we want to support the environment in practice, so we launched a tree-planting initiative. New forests are created both through donations and as a thank you for your engagement – every 10 reviews we turn into a new sapling.
