Train IC 33112 Bieszczady - route and timetable
IC 33112 Bieszczady is an InterCity-category train operated by PKP Intercity, running from Jasło Fabryczne station to Kraków Główny. The journey takes over two hours, and the route has seven stops, including Strzyżów nad Wisłokiem, Rzeszów Staroniwa, Dębica and Tarnów. On the final section, the train also stops at Kraków Płaszów before reaching the capital of Małopolska.
The route connects smaller towns in Podkarpacie with Kraków, so it is suitable both for commuters travelling to work or school in Rzeszów or Dębica and for passengers travelling a longer distance to Kraków. You will find this connection in the PolishTrains search engine by specifying the station and travel date, and you can select the service and train category straight away when searching.
Tickets for the IC category start at several dozen złoty, and their price increases as the departure date approaches and depending on the class of carriage selected, so buying in advance usually pays off. The cheapest tickets are those bought in advance in second class, while the most expensive are those purchased just before departure in first class, and the difference between them can be clearly noticeable. When buying a ticket for this route on PolishTrains, you can pay with BLIK or use deferred payment, without creating an account.
The travel standard in the IC category means carriages with first and second class, without as extensive facilities as on Pendolino, but usually at a lower price than on express trains. The ticket for this train will be sent to your phone by SMS or made available in the app, which is particularly useful when travelling without a printer. If your plans change, you can return the ticket online on PolishTrains, without having to submit a paper application at the station.
